Battaleys Mews is a tranquil, luxurious semi-colonial style secluded gated community recently developed and maintained to a high standard on the West Coast of Barbados bordering St Peter and St James parishes between Holetown and Speightstown, offering spacious 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath luxury townhouses at 2350+sqft completely enclosed gated compound with it's own 24 hour security, just a short walk from the renowned and popular Mullins and Gibbes beaches and easy access to many facilities, shops & restaurants.
The light and airy open plan layout of the lounge and dining area, seamlessly merge to the kitchen and terrace where the private plunge pool and large garden can be enjoyed. The lounge is well appointed with comfortable sofa and chairs as well as a large UHD TV, Cable TV with Blu-Ray Player and High Quality Premium Soundbar with Bluetooth for playing music from your compatible devices.
High Speed Fibre Internet is very reliable, unusually so for the Caribbean, and offers speeds in excess of many US and European homes.
The property benefits from a flowing open plan design and has light coloured marble and granite floors, counters and staircase, which is cleverly lit from the large skylight directly above the stairs, allowing a gentle cooling breeze to pass through the house.
Master Bedroom features a flagship super kingsized four poster bed, double doors and windows provide an airy feel and access to the balcony area overlooking the sea approx 300m away. It is tastefully decorated with both airconditioning and ceiling fan, as well as netted vents for fresh air without the bugs, vast cupboards provide both full length hanging and drawers and large safe.
A very large spacious modern en-suite bathroom compliments the Master Bedroom, with large bath, walk-in shower, toilet, twin basins and ample space to unwind, as well as a large window to the garden.
The second bedroom is also large and airy, tastefully, but simply decorated also featuring a fourposter super kingsized bed with mosquito nets and extensive cupboards, overlooking the quiet cul-de-sac.
The third bedroom has twin beds, officially "petite double" sized at 3ft 6in which can be either individually provided as over-sized singles suitable for adults or made up together as a massive seven foot emperor sized double bed.
All bedrooms feature high quality Egyptian cotton linen for comfort including sheets and lightweight duvets to cater for all preferences and heavyweight pure cotton towels, both of which are changed regularly during your stay by the maid service.
The second bathroom also features a large walk-in shower with classic drench head and plenty of waterflow.
The European style kitchen is both spacious and well equipped with modern AEG / smeg / bosch appliances including; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer electric hob, cooker & microwave. Small appliances are provided such as a blender, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron & board.
Battaleys Mews gated community is very private and secluded set back from the main road with no through traffic which reduces general noise whilst being close to the sea, the villa backs onto open land. Battaleys Mews position reduces thoroughfare to a minimum.
The communal clubhouse offers a great opportunity to relax in comfort instead of another tough day at the beach! There is a 40x20ft communal pool with free loungers, seating and a bar* within the complex as well as a large semi-shaded communal garden with loungers and parasols, a tennis court and small airconditioned gym with a treadmill and step machine.

If your stay bridges over two or more Seasons, simply calculate the number of nights in each Season at the appropriate rate and add them together to work out the total.
Where the night is between the two seasons the night is charged at the earlier rate - for example; the night of 31 Oct - 01 Nov is charged at the Low Season Rate whereas the night of the 22 - 23 Jan would be the High Season Rate.
